Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
We carry out cargo transportation in Russia and abroad, as well as develop and implement logistics schemes for cargo traffic that fully correspond to the specifics of the client's activities.
I hereby, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to LLC "Transport and Logistics Center" (TIN 7811419211, KPP 781001001), located at: 196006, Moskovsky Prospekt, 97, litera A, premises 33N, office 1 (hereinafter — the Operator), to process my personal data on the following terms:
1. List of personal data: name, phone number, email address.
2. Purposes of processing:
* reviewing inquiries and cost-estimate requests submitted by the user via the feedback form, and providing a response.
3. Actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, amendment), extraction, use, transfer (disclosure, access), blocking, deletion, destruction — with or without the use of automation tools.
4. Persons who may be entrusted with processing:
* Yandex LLC (the "Yandex.Metrica" service) — subject to my consent to the use of cookies and analytics;
* other persons engaged by the Operator to provide technical support for the Website and process inquiries, under agency agreements.
5. Validity period of consent: until the processing purposes are achieved, but no longer than 1 (one) year from the date the data was provided, or until consent is withdrawn — whichever occurs first.
6. Procedure for withdrawing consent: send a written request to admin@t-lc.ru with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data." The Operator will cease processing and destroy the data within no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the withdrawal is received, unless otherwise provided by law.
7. I confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy and understand the consequences of giving my consent.
